We accept most major credit cards and checks as payment.
If you have Dental Insurance , we will bill your insurance for you , your portion that is not covered by insurance is due at the time of treatment. You can extend out payments through using Carecredit which you can find out more by clicking the link above.Any unpaid account balance at our office will accrue interest. We will do our best to estimate your insurance benefits, however, it is not a guarantee. We work with several different plans and your employer may have negotiated with the insurance for different stipulations in your group plan. It may be beneficial to call your H.R. department or your insurance company for more details. Any charges not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient. We care about you and your Dental needs and not what your insurance “thinks” is the right treatment for you. Remember, insurance is highly profit driven and the less treatment they need to pay for, the higher their profits. Let us maximize your insurance and not let it be a hinderance to your dental and overall health.
We take your dental health seriously and we hope you will also. When you do reserve an appointment, we reserve that time especially for you so we can focus on your health. If you do not show for your appointment, we end up having a time slot that we are unable to treat another patient. In order to recoup a small portion of our costs, we will charge $50 for missed appointment that we do not have a 24 hour notice before the appointment time.
